Full cost of new patient consultation appointment is payable in full at time of booking. Appointments booked online will require payment at time of booking. Existing patient appointments booked either in clinic or over the phone will require payment at the appointment.

 

STANDARD NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT Radlett clinic £85

When we see a patient for the first time, it is important to spend some time learning about you and assessing your feet, so we can give you the best possible advice and treatment. For this reason, all patients who are new to the clinic will be booked for a consultation appointment. A standard appointment is for treatment of either fingernails OR toenails

 

EXTENDED NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT Radlett clinic £115

As per the standard appointment above, but extended if involvement of BOTH fingernails and toenails

This is a maintenance/review appointment for existing patients and will form the basis of all return appointments
Additional charge applies if Lunula treatment is carried out during the appointment – see single Lunula laser treatment fees below
This appointment fee will NOT be charged for appointments that are part of a package

 

EXTENDED EXISTING APPOINTMENT Radlett clinic £85

As above, but this is a longer appointment which is required for treatment of BOTH fingernails and toenails

 

EXISTING PATIENT APPOINTMENT London clinic £99
This is a maintenance/review appointment for existing patients and will form the basis of all return appointments
Additional charges may apply if appointment combined with laser therapy – see single Lunula laser treatment fees below
This appointment fee will NOT be charged for appointments that are part of a package

SINGLE LUNULA LASER TREATMENT – only for fingernail treatments or for toenails treatments AFTER the initial package of 4 treatments has been taken
Fingernails are treated session by session as they may not require four treatments so they are charged as below
Additional sessions for toenails are charged as below

One hand/foot £35 in addition to the appointment fee
Two hands/feet £70 in addition to the appointment fee

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Fees are due at the time of treatment and can be paid by card or cash – Debit cards, credit cards and American Express are all accepted. Fees may be paid, online, when booking your  appointment through the online portal.

We require a full 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment – any missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full appointment rate.

Private Health Insurance coverage varies.
Most policies do not provide cover. Payment must be made in full and reimbursement obtained directly.
